SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM MASTER in Washington

Position Purpose: Leads Agile teams and oversees project delivery utilizing Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Scrum methodologies integrated with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Work Location & Remote Stance: Primarily On-site at SA-17 (Washington, DC). Hybrid/remote arrangements may be authorized by the COR on an ad-hoc, task-defined basis.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments, blockers, and external disruptions to ensure team sprint commitments are achieved.
• Integrate Agile workflows with ISO 9001 quality management procedures to ensure deliverables meet government specifications.

• U.S. Citizenship (Strictly Required)
• Active Secret Clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or 9 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.

Required / Highly Certifications:

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scrum Certified Master (SCM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) (Required)
• SAFe certification or ISO 9001 quality standards training (Desired)
