What you’ll do:

• Develop quality software and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs
• 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts
• Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services
• Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues
• Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed
• Participate in SCRUM calls
• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills
• Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work, The Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise in pre-sales situations, conduct presentations, design customized solutions, and lead technical discussions to enhance the ServiceNow platform’s value for customers.

Develop and maintain scalable ServiceNow software and web applications, create custom scripts and business rules, build REST and SOAP integrations, troubleshoot configuration issues, and resolve software bugs. The role supports customer implementations, requirements reviews, Scrum ceremonies, and multiple projects. Candidates need at least five years of JavaScript or ServiceNow development experience, ITOM expertise, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of development experience with JS or ServiceNow
• Experience working with ITOM products is required
• Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus.
• Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies

• Base Salary: $125,000-$180,000 annually, depending on experience, * 100% Employee Healthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision)
