Mac Endpoint Engineer

Provides backend configuration, maintenance and support for workstation and security applications including but not limited to Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, Apple ABM, and Microsoft Intune. Plan detailed requirements for new and changing infrastructure services Build and prepare packages for automated deployment and self service Builds and test pilot versions for new and changing services Creates solution documentation for Global Help Desk support of end users Provides senior technical troubleshooting incident and problem resolution for endpoint services platform offerings Review Service-Now tickets related to Jamf/Mac and update in a timely manner.

Security and Partnerships Manages overall security frameworks and practices as they pertain to desktop services and integrated technologies such as Zscaler, Antivirus, etc. Maintain appropriate balance with security and usability, including working with teams to adjust appropriate policies. Partners with client and portfolio owners to assist with technology implementation initiatives across business services Leadership and Learning

Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints 1+ years’ experience in identity and access management Advanced scripting knowledge (bash, python, etc.) Experience dealing with security incidents Ability to prioritize based on criticality
