Engineering Support Specialist in Scottsdale

• Perform engineering laboratory work involving assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems \n

• Support integration, system-level design, detailed design, manufacturing, and technical proposal activities \n

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support resolution of hardware and system problems \n

• Analyze engineering resource, facility, staffing, and project requirements to support efficient execution \n

• Participate in tactical planning and execution of assigned engineering project segments \n

• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, test records, technical reports, and project support materials \n

• Coordinate technical activities across engineering disciplines and support hardware/subsystem integration \n

• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, efficiency, and technical operations \n

• Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related technical field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 3+ years \n

• Experience supporting engineering laboratory, integration, test, troubleshooting, or technical project activities \n

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, concepts, practices, and technical standards \n

• Experience working with advanced electronics, hardware assemblies, subsystems, or systems \n

• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills \n

• Ability to support multidisciplinary engineering teams and project execution \n

Estimated Pay: $55 to $65 per hour (This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, (geographical location, etc.)
