Requirements
| An advanced degree or equivalent experience in computer science | software engineering | information systems | finance or a related field. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and significant relevant work experience will also be considered. |
| Experience developing Capital Markets solutions for hedges | securities derivatives | rates | etc. |
| 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience designing | building testing | deploying | and supporting production-grade applications and platforms. |
| 8 years of development experience with Python | including strong understanding of software design principles | modular development | testing practices | packaging performance optimization | and maintainable code patterns. |
| 8 years of experience with SQL | relational data modeling | data normalization indexing | joins | query optimization | primary and foreign keys | and data pipeline development. |
| Strong experience designing and integrating APIs | services | automation workflows | data processing jobs | and reusable software components. |
| Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements | architecture options | implementation plans | and reliable delivered solutions. |
| 8 years of experience with data pipeline design | application architecture | IT architecture | or enterprise technology solution delivery. |
| Experience with front-end or user interface development using Dash Flask | React | Vue | Angular | or comparable web application frameworks is highly desirable. |
| Experience with AI use case implementation | including AI agent development and orchestration | prompt engineering | retrieval-augmented generation | multimodal embeddings | MCP client-server patterns | and mainstream AI tools and frameworks is asignificant plus. |
