IOS Lead

We are looking for an experienced iOS Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality native iOS applications using Swift and modern Apple technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and experience in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and end-to-end application delivery.

• Strong expertise in Swift, iOS SDK, SwiftUI, and UIKit. \n

• Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modular application design. \n

• Knowledge of concurrency, async/await, Combine, and memory management. \n

• Experience with REST APIs, Core Data, Firebase, and third-party SDK integrations. \n

• Proficiency in unit testing, UI testing, Git, CI/CD, and App Store deployment. \n

• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. \n

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. \n

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of native iOS applications using Swift. \n

• Define scalable mobile architecture, coding standards, and iOS development best practices. \n

• Drive technical design discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements. \n

• Mentor iOS developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence. \n

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and Backend teams to deliver quality applications. \n

• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and stability. \n

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and App Store deployments. \n

• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services. \n

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and user experience. \n

• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmap development. \n

• Drive continuous improvement, technical innovation, and team capability development. \n
