Requirements
- 6+ years of experience delivering advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI/LLM solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (Snowpark/Cortex) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, vector databases, and hybrid search.
- Experience building production-ready AI solutions, APIs, data pipelines, monitoring, and CI/CD.
- Expertise in LLM/model evaluation, quality and safety assessment, performance optimization, and business KPI measurement.
