• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, business areas, perimeter locations, and restricted areas, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, inspections, and other assigned security-related activities.
