Technical Architect/Sr Development Lead

Hybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days remote) We are seeking a highly experienced Development Lead / Solution Architect to spearhead the design and development of scalable, resilient backend systems. This role requires a senior technologist with a strong architectural mindset and hands-on coding expertise. The ideal candidate will combine strategic architectural vision with practical development leadership, owning end-to-end solution design and driving implementation from concept to production in a client-facing environment. Required Experience & Technical Skills:10-14 years of overall software development experience with 4 plus years in technical lead/architect roles3-4 years in architecture / technical leadership roles.Strong hands-on experience in Python for backend developmentExperience in Java, especially Spring Boot and MicroservicesProven expertise in solution architecture and distributed system designExtensive experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, etc.)Strong understanding of microservices and distributed architecturesHands-on experience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as Kibana / ELK stackExperience implementing Cl/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practicesStrong understanding of data structures, system scalability, and performance tuningExcellent communication and client-facing skills.Demonstrated experience leading senior engineers and influencing architecture decisions.Comfortable working across geographically distributed teams. Good to have:Experience with AI/MLExposure to big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).Experience with API gateways and event-driven architecture.Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
