Requirements
- 5-10 years at Tier 1 venture-backed startups (Series B or earlier only)
- Prior founder or founding engineer experience preferred
- At least 6 months building with applied AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- CS or STEM degree from a top 10 university
