Job description

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular and .NET.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to present requirements and findings to Project Review Boards, Project Sponsors, and Technical Review Boards.
Create and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and technical models.
Design reusable, secure, and scalable code following approved architecture and State of Michigan standards.
Identify and remediate application-level security vulnerabilities.
Participate in code reviews, structured walkthroughs, and project stage exits.
Follow configuration management, change management, and State of Michigan SUITE standards.
Perform unit, string, and integration testing.
Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
Conduct root cause analysis and document technical issues.
Prepare user manuals and provide user training.
Evaluate application enhancement requests and assess their impact.

Requirements

6+ years of Angular development experience.
6+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
6+ years of experience with .NET technologies.
6+ years of experience with cloud AWS migration.
Strong experience with process-oriented Agile methodologies.
Proven experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Extensive experience developing and designing web and standalone applications.
Familiarity with PowerApps., * Experience with Playwright for integration testing., * Exposure to multiple batch job processes.
Join a team of approximately 10 members.
Direct interaction with client stakeholders is required.
Strong communication, ownership, and independent problem-solving skills are essential.
Must be self-sufficient and able to drive tasks with minimal oversight.
Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
