Job description

  • We want to fill a Senior ETL Developer role with data warehousing experience to support Federal data management and Advanced Analytics projects role for a Washington, DC., * Design and develop ETL processes.
  • Convert existing PL/SQL procedures into SSIS packages.
  • Troubleshoot existing ETL solutions.
  • Query Oracle databases for data analysis and data quality assurance.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a Washington, DC, resident who has a Security Clearance-an active BI or NACLC Public Trust security clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 7 years of database (specifically ETL) development, data processing/analytical experience, or a combination thereof, and strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • This individual will create data warehouse structures and write ETL procedures, query databases, Data Quality assurance and troubleshooting.
  • As a Senior ETL Developer you will join team of the Senior Developers working for a data warehousing project to solve business intelligence challenges. The position requires deep technical expertise in PL/SQL, SSIS, BI tools, ETL, and data profiling. Previous consulting experience using an agile delivery methodology is a plus., * Experience in Tableau dashboard design and development.
  • SAS Enterprise Guide development.
  • Quality assurance and validation experience, specifically comparing multiple data sources for discrepancies and inconsistencies.
