Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies.
Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Advanced Java, Sprint Boot, React, Kafka, Oracle, DevSecOps, Test Automation
Backend : Java 11+/17 , Spring Boot Spring MVC
Frontend : Angular / TypeScript / JavaScript
Database : Oracle / SQL Server / MongoDB
DevOps/Cloud : Git , Jenkins , Docker , Kubernetes , AWS / Azure / Eligible to workP
8+ years of software development experience.
Good to have 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
Experience leading distributed teams and enterprise-scale projects.
