Cloud Engineer

Join our team in McLean, VA, as a Cloud Engineer on a contract basis. You’ll work on diverse technology projects with a focus on security, cryptography, and cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with product managers and architects to deliver robust security features. A strong background in cloud technologies and security practices is essential., * Lead technology projects focusing on cryptography and distributed systems.

• Collaborate with product managers to deliver secure cloud solutions.
• Assess and mitigate security risks related to data confidentiality and integrity.
• Develop and implement cryptographic solutions to safeguard sensitive data.
• Manage and enhance the governance framework for enterprise-wide cryptography.

Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, Software Engineering, Cryptography, Cloud Computing, Distributed Computing, Technical Leadership, Risk Management, Security Analysis, Internet Security, * Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cryptography.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Minimum 2 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience.
