GenAI Full Stack Engineer - Managing Consultant

• Collaborate with our team to develop client GenAI proof-of-concepts using technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents
• Scale existing proof-of-concepts into production-ready solutions for customer use
• Design and develop full-stack applications for GenAI and non-GenAI projects
• Support the development of infrastructure for robust end-to-end solutions
• Explore and experiment with emerging technologies, including GenAI, to grow your skills
• Work with senior stakeholders internally and at key clients to develop GenAI strategies that translate business challenges into scalable, secure, sustainable technical solutions and competitive propositions

• Fullstack, We are hiring a GenAI Full Stack Engineer at Managing Consultant level for a permanent, hybrid role, with two days per week on-site and travel to client sites. Base locations are London, Manchester, Newcastle, and Glasgow. The salary is £65,000-£80,000 per year, plus benefits, perks, and healthcare options. Youll work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Experience building backend microservices using Python with FastAPI, TypeScript with Express, or an equivalent framework
• Experience building React applications with TypeScript, using frameworks such as Next.js or Vite
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Vercel AI
• Practical experience with large language models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or Llama, and tools such as Ollama
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure for hosting and deployment
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Familiarity with LLM monitoring tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins
• Experience with vector databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, PGVector, MongoDB, or Qdrant
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases; MongoDB is preferred
• Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL
• Proficiency with Git and version control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab
• Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
