An AI / ML Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience and strong software engineering fundamentals Highly proficient in Python, with experience building production-quality software Experienced building AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, AI agents, Machine Learning, or automation systems Comfortable taking AI systems from experimentation and prototyping through to production A strong problem solver who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced engineering environments Interested in AI, autonomy, defence, or mission-critical technologies

Bonus points: Experience within defence, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or security Previous experience in an early-stage or venture-backed start-up Experience building and deploying production AI / ML systems at scale
