SharePoint/PowerApps Developer

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Power Apps Developer to design, develop, implement, and support business applications and digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem., * Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.

• Develop and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
• Build automated business processes using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Apps and SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
• Develop custom forms, dashboards, and business applications to meet operational requirements.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions using best practices.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve application issues.
• Manage application deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows and workflow automation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and site architecture.
• Experience integrating Power Platform applications with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Knowledge of Power Platform security, governance, and environment management.
• Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) and solution deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
