  • Design, build and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive reporting and visualisation solutions.
  • Partner with Finance teams to improve management information, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Drive automation of manual reporting processes, improving efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Create reporting frameworks, governance processes, and data quality controls.
  • Deliver executive-level insights covering key business performance indicators.
  • Support the rollout of self-service reporting capabilities across the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively across functions to increase the value and accessibility of data throughout the business.

Requirements

You’ll be someone who combines strong technical capability with a genuine passion for helping others understand and use data effectively. Essential Experience & Skills

  • Experience developing Business Intelligence and performance reporting solutions.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard design, data modelling, and report development.
  • Strong SQL and data manipulation experience.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple source systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical reporting solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and data quality principles.
  • Degree qualified in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting Finance or FP&A teams.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

Benefits & conditions

  • Make a visible impact on how decisions are made across Calor.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Lead the development of innovative reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Strengthen your technical and business partnering skills.
  • Play a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making across the business.

If you’re passionate about data, enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different functions, and are excited by the opportunity to help shape Calor’s reporting and analytics capability, we’d love to hear from you.
