SAP Manufacturing Lead (PP/PM/QM) - Paris

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional to support a large-scale business transformation programme for a global organization operating within the manufacturing and energy sectors. This role requires a strong functional consultant with deep expertise across Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, and Quality Management who can bridge business requirements and SAP solutions. The successful consultant will play a key role in improving operational processes, driving SAP best practices, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives., * Lead business workshops to gather and validate requirements across production, maintenance, and quality functions

• Design and optimize SAP PP, PM, and QM solutions to support operational objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to define solution requirements
• Support process harmonization initiatives across multiple business units and locations
• Provide functional leadership throughout design, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases
• Ensure SAP solutions align with business processes and industry best practices
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement activities following deployment
• Act as the primary functional expert for production planning, maintenance, and quality management processes

• Minimum 10 years of SAP functional consulting experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP, PM, and QM
• Proven experience delivering SAP projects within Manufacturing and/or Energy environments
• Strong understanding of production planning, asset maintenance, operational excellence, and quality assurance processes
• Experience participating in full SAP project lifecycles, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
