Proven experience taking ownership of major projects, from architecture through to production.

Comfortable leading technical decisions, mentoring engineers and setting engineering standards.

Equally happy discussing system design and getting hands-on with difficult technical problems.

Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments

Strong systems engineering experience

Rust experience is a plus, but exceptional technical ability matters most.
