Job description
- Develop and support data solutions for RCM/healthcare datasets
- Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and quality validation
- Work with business/customer teams to translate RCM requirements into data solutions
- Use approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot/M365 Copilot to improve engineering productivity

Revenue Management, Healthcare, SQL (Structured Query Language), Database Extract Transform and Load (ETL), Microsoft Windows Azure, Python Programming/Scripting Language, Data Analysis, Reconciliation, Information Technology & Information Systems, Credit and Collections, * Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Healthcare Data / Claims Data
- Strong SQL

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of overall Data/IT experience
- Strong hands-on exposure to RCM data, preferably claims, billing, payments, denials, appeals, or collections
- Strong SQL and data-handling skills
- Experience building and supporting ETL/data pipelines
- Azure/Databricks experience preferred
- Strong communication skills for an onsite/customer-facing role
- US Healthcare/Provider domain experience preferred
