Troubleshoot complex cloud, application, networking, integration, performance, and deployment issues. Improve cloud reliability, observability, scalability, performance, and operational processes. Support application development teams with releases, integrations, deployments, and production issues. Develop proof-of-concept architectures for cloud infrastructure, applications, and automation initiatives. Support integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, enterprise identity systems, APIs, and secrets-management solutions. Provide Level 3 support and work with Google Cloud and other vendors to resolve complex issues. Mentor junior engineers, conduct peer reviews, and serve as a technical escalation point. Support AI/ML workloads and emerging technologies within GCP environments. Participate in rotational on-call and occasional weekend or after-hours maintenance.
