SAP OFM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP OFM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of SAP solutions related to Oilfield Management and Field Operations., The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP Oil & Gas business processes, field operations, production management, asset management, and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver efficient solutions supporting upstream oil and gas operations., * Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP OFM functional solutions.

• Configure and support SAP OFM-related business processes.
• Support oilfield operations, production management, and field data management.
• Work with business teams to understand operational workflows and process improvements.
• Integrate OFM processes with SAP modules such as PM, MM, FI/CO, and SD.
• Support production reporting, operational data processing, and field activity management.
• Participate in SAP implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP and integration teams.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business process integration.
• Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration documents.

• Strong experience in SAP Oil & Gas solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Oilfield Management (OFM) processes and functionalities.
• Experience with upstream oil and gas operations.
• Understanding of oilfield production, well management, and field operations.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Understanding of SAP Production and Operations Management.
• Experience with SAP integration and data exchange processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Experience in functional configuration and business process documentation.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Oil & Gas domain solutions.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or production support.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills., * Experience in upstream oil and gas operations.
• Knowledge of well operations, production accounting, and field data management.
• Experience with SAP Oil & Gas industry solutions.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Relevant SAP certification is an advantage.
