Job description
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer/Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Mandatory experience with Financial Services Cloud.
- 5+ years of Salesforce programming experience.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical roadmaps.
- Experience leading development teams and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and technology consulting.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Technical Certifications preferred/required.
