Application Programmer II

Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, testing, implementing, and supporting Regulatory Reporting applications and data integration platforms. Requires strong hands-on expertise in Axiom Regulatory Reporting, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and Oracle Exadata. The role involves Axiom template development, data sourcing integrations, data quality remediation, regulatory mandates, and production support while collaborating with technology teams and business stakeholders in an Agile environment., * Design, develop, enhance, test, and implement Regulatory Reporting applications.

• Develop and maintain Axiom regulatory reporting templates.
• Support regulatory reporting mandates and business requirements.
• Manage data sourcing integrations from upstream source systems.
• Perform data reconciliation, data quality checks, and issue remediation.
• Support regulatory reports such as FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C, TIC, and FR2510.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with technology teams, source system partners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow SDLC processes.
• Ensure regulatory reporting solutions meet business and data quality requirements.

Software Engineering, Software Engineering, Oracle, Oracle PL-SQL, Oracle Database, Agile Programming Methodologies, Data Quality, Regulatory Reports, Production Support, Regulations, * 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Axiom Regulatory Reporting platform, including template development and enhancement.

• Strong experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Exadata.
• Knowledge of U.S. Regulatory Reporting data flows, data sourcing, reconciliation, and data quality processes.
• Experience in regulatory reporting initiatives, production support, testing, and SDLC delivery.
• Mandatory Banking/Financial Services experience, preferably in Regulatory Reporting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with U.S. Regulatory Reports such as FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C, TIC, and FR2510.
• Familiarity with strategic data sources and enterprise data integration patterns.
• Python scripting and automation experience.
• Exposure to data governance, data quality controls, and issue remediation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across technology and business teams.
