Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes, source control management, release automation, and DevOps best practices., * Design, implement, and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines and automation tools.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
• Manage version control systems, branching strategies, and release management processes.
• Coordinate Salesforce deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA teams, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and resolve pipeline-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce deployment and release management best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Salesforce.com, DevOps, Technology Analysis, Salesforce.com, Automation, Source Code/Configuration Management (SCM), Best Practices, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment/Delivery, * Minimum of 5 years of overall DevOps experience.

• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and deployment processes.
• Experience with Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Proficiency in Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline development, version control, branching strategies, and release management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills., * Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
• Experience with Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or AutoRABIT.
• Experience implementing Salesforce deployment automation and release management solutions.
