5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar technologies Experience building API-driven applications and event-driven architectures Strong SQL skills and database design experience (Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.) Experience working with asynchronous workflows, messaging systems, or queue-based architectures Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills Desired Skills & Experience

Experience building AI-powered products, agents, or LLM integrations Experience with AWS cloud services and modern distributed systems Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation platforms Healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience Experience with HIPAA-compliant applications and secure software development practices Prior experience in startup or high-growth product environments
