Requirements

Seeking a Java Architect with 12-15 years of experience to lead the Sequentra Modernization. The role will define scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture using Java and Spring Boot; design microservices, REST APIs, integration patterns, and data flows; guide cloud-ready modernization and full-stack engineering; establish coding, security, testing, and DevOps standards; review designs and code; resolve complex technical issues; and mentor development teams. The architect will collaborate with client stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, estimate work, manage technical risks, and drive architecture governance. Strong hands-on Java/Spring Boot expertise, design-pattern knowledge, API and database experience, CI/CD familiarity, communication skills, and prior modernization leadership are required.
