BI Analyst

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Google BigQuery datasets, tables, and complex SQL reporting queries.
• Support and update Looker Studio dashboards to ensure accurate data connections and calculated fields.
• Resolve calculation errors and refresh issues within Advanced Excel data models and Power Pivot workbooks.
• Investigate and validate data mappings to proactively identify discrepancies across enterprise reporting workflows.
• Apply minor technical fixes to existing Python data preparation scripts and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Utilize approved generative AI tools to assist in drafting minor script updates and documenting BI processes.
• Coordinate with enterprise data teams to translate business requests into clear technical reporting requirements.

Analysis Skills, Business Intelligence, Intelligence Analysis, Business Intelligence, SQL Databases, Reporting Dashboards, Looker, Data Modeling, Python Programming/Scripting Language, Scripting (Scripting Languages), * 5 or more years of experience in business intelligence analysis and SQL database querying.

• Proficiency in Google BigQuery and Looker Studio for enterprise dashboard maintenance.
• Experience with Advanced Excel utilizing Power Pivot, data models, and complex formula creation.
• Experience in troubleshooting and modifying Python data preparation scripts utilizing pandas.
• Experience with Google Apps Script and Google Workspace tools for reporting automation.
• Experience in validating data mappings and extracting retail analytics utilizing SAP HANA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support business users and document reporting processes.
