Job description
Design, develop, and operate scalable software and AI-powered agent services that help AWS sellers and partners work more effectively. Own features end-to-end - from design through implementation, code review, deployment, and operational support.
Build and integrate agentic tooling and services (e.g. LLM-backed agents, MCP integrations, orchestration workflows) on top of Salesforce and internal AWS data sources. Collaborate with product managers, senior engineers, and partner teams to turn ambiguous requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
Write clean, well-tested code, participate actively in code reviews, and uphold high engineering and operational-excellence standards. Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call, and drive improvements to reliability, latency, and cost.
Contribute to architectural decisions, help pay down technical debt, and adopt AI-augmented development practices to raise team velocity. Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and continuously raise the bar on quality and customer impact.
