Job description
Seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to support new development and maintenance of a critical, external-facing training application used by lenders and trainers. Role spans front-end UI, back-end services, test automation, and AWS cloud infrastructure. Strong focus on quality, scalability, and production stability., * Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java, AWS, Angular.
- Build front-end UI and back-end Java services.
- Work in GitHub-based workflows (branching, PRs, code review).
- Leverage GitHub Copilot / GHCP to improve productivity (plus).
- Act as engineer of test: validate user stories end-to-end.
- Build and maintain automated UI and back-end tests.
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners.
Requirements
- Java: OOPs, Collections, Streams, Exception Handling, JVM, JDK 8/17/21; Advance: Design Patterns, Multithreading, Reactive.
- Spring Boot: DI, REST APIs, JWT, JPA/Hibernate, Transactions, Actuator, Validation, Exception handling, Annotations, Rest Template, Webclient.
- Microservices: decomposition, API design, resiliency, circuit breaker, distributed transactions, scalability, observability.
- Front-End: components, RxJS, state management, routing, API integration, performance.
- AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, IAM, AKS, ECS, AutoScaling, CloudWatch; serverless, event-driven, HA, security.
- Kafka & Messaging: producers/consumers, topics, consumer groups, streaming, error handling, performance.
- Docker & Kubernetes: containerization, image optimization, deployments, scaling, troubleshooting.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, build automation, pipelines, release strategy.
- REST API: standards, OpenAPI/Swagger, auth, versioning, contract-first.
- AI-Assisted Dev: GitHub Copilot, code generation, unit tests, quality.
- Testing: Playwright, LambdaTest, UI automation, regression, CI/CD integration.
- Soft Skills: design, architecture, problem solving, communication, ownership, agile.
