Senior Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available backend services and APIs that support demanding workloads.
• Build and enhance responsive web and mobile applications with a focus on performance, usability, and reliability.
• Make thoughtful engineering decisions that balance delivery timelines with long-term maintainability and code quality.
• Investigate technical issues, resolve bugs, and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and constructive feedback to strengthen the overall engineering team.
• Build deep technical expertise and work within a focused technology stack that includes TypeScript across frontend and backend development, Bash for automation and developer workflows, and PostgreSQL for data storage.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and proactively resolve technical challenges without waiting for direction.
• Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, team retrospectives, and regular feedback conversations to improve code quality and team effectiveness.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience including significant experience with:
• Typescript
• React
• Node.JS
• PostgreSQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• GitLab Pipelines/Docker files/Linux/Bash
• AWS, including ECS, S3, RDS, load balancing, and Ec2-based environments used for iOS builds. xrbllit
• Vitest (or other testing libraries/frameworks)
• Mobile Development: Swift, Objective-C, or Java for native integrations and modules within React Native applications.
