Senior Technical Product Owner - Columbus, OH

• Own and prioritize product backlogs for multiple Scrum teams.
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements within Jira.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into actionable work.
• Support technology modernization initiatives, including AWS cloud migration and platform transformation efforts.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate priorities, project status, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable and reliable solutions.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, The ideal candidate has strong Jira experience, a technical mindset, and experience partnering with engineering teams on cloud transformation, application modernization, and Agile delivery initiatives., * 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related technology-focused role.

• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on expertise managing requirements, user stories, and backlogs within Jira.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand system integrations, cloud technologies, APIs, and application development concepts.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology modernization initiatives preferred.
• Exposure to AWS cloud environments is highly preferred.
• Experience within financial services, lending, customer acquisition, or credit risk domains is a plus.
