Job description

We are looking for seasoned Mainframe experts to join our team! This role is heavily focused on DevOps modernization, specifically migrating from traditional CA Endevor environments to modern IBM toolsets like IBM DBB (Dependency Based Build), IDz (IBM Developer for z/OS), and UCD (UrbanCode Deploy).

If you have a strong Mainframe background and are passionate about bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern CI/CD practices, we want to hear from you!, You will be driving development and modernization efforts on the Mainframe platform. A significant part of this role involves leveraging your deep understanding of version control, compilation, and deployment pipelines to transition environments from CA Endevor to the modern IBM DevOps suite.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tooling?, * Core Mainframe Development: Strong background in standard Mainframe environments and languages (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS).

Legacy SCM Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with CA Endevor (understanding inventory structures, processors, and lifecycles).
Modern IBM DevOps Suite: Solid experience or strong working knowledge migrating to/working with:
IBM DBB (Dependency Based Build)
IDz (IBM Developer for z/OS)
UCD (IBM UrbanCode Deploy)
CI/CD Integration: Understanding of modern Mainframe pipeline automation and tool integration.
