Job description
We are looking for a Sr. Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer/Cloud Function Dev for our direct client for a Long Term Remote Project. We need experienced contractors with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to design, develop, and support cloud-native data and integration solutions., * Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows on Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop serverless solutions using Google Cloud Functions.
- Design and implement event-driven integrations using Pub/Sub.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, SQL queries, and enterprise data models.
- Develop and support REST APIs and backend services.
- Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
- Design and develop solutions leveraging Cloud Datastore / Firestore for scalable NoSQL data storage.
- Build and maintain Dataform-based data transformation workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Cloud Development.
