Job description

Oliver Bernard is seeking a backend engineer for an AI-native fintech scale-up. You will design and ship end-to-end backend systems and APIs that run real-time accounting logic, owning architecture and CI/CD, testing and monitoring. This role is fully remote within the EU and offers significant equity.Must have 5+ years in backend, strong PostgreSQL/SQL/ORM skills, AWS deployment, and a fast-paced, high-agency work culture.
