SAP Account Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Account Manager to work onsite at our customer’s location in Wilmington, USA. The resource will act as the primary coordination point between the customer, onsite stakeholders, offshore delivery teams, and internal business leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) domain knowledge, along with experience managing customer relationships, coordinating multiple projects, monitoring delivery activities, and handling technical and business discussions. The candidate should be capable of independently interacting with customer stakeholders, understanding ongoing project requirements, identifying delivery challenges, and ensuring effective coordination between onsite and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Stakeholder Management * Work directly from the customer’s Wilmington office. * Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders. * Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders. * Conduct regular meetings with customer teams to understand project progress, priorities, and expectations.

• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution. 2. SAP Project & Delivery Management
• Monitor ongoing SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore SAP delivery teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify project risks, challenges, and resource requirements.
• Ensure smooth communication between customer teams and offshore delivery teams. 3. SAP & BI Technical Understanding
• Possess strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical domains.
• Understand SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SD, MM, ABAP, and related integrations.
• Have exposure to SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.

• Understand BI and data analytics technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, and enterprise data warehouse solutions.

• Understand technical challenges and coordinate with respective technical teams for resolution. 4. Business & Account Operations
• Regularly review ongoing projects and account performance.
• Identify additional business opportunities within the customer account.
• Support business reviews, operational reporting, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate resource planning, utilization, and project allocation.
• Provide regular updates to management on account health and project status. 5. Onsite & Offshore Coordination
• Act as a bridge between US customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Coordinate daily/weekly project reviews.
• Ensure clear communication of customer expectations and priorities.
• Follow up on action items, pending deliverables, and critical dependencies.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in SAP and enterprise technology environments.
• Good understanding of SAP functional and technical domains.
• Exposure to BI, Data Analytics, and EDW technologies.
• Experience managing customer stakeholders and enterprise accounts.
• Strong project coordination and delivery governance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with onsite and offshore delivery models.

• Ability to independently manage customer discussions and escalations. Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA and ECC exposure.
• SAP FICO, SD, MM, ABAP knowledge.
• Power BI / Tableau.
• Snowflake / EDW.
• SAP integration and enterprise application landscape.
• IT Services / Consulting industry experience.

• Experience managing US-based enterprise customers. Important Job Requirements

• Must be willing to work from the customer’s office in Wilmington, Delaware.
• Must be comfortable with regular customer-facing interactions.
• Must be able to coordinate with offshore teams in India.
