Senior SharePoint L3 Support Engineer with SharePoint Online | Power Apps | Power Automate

· Handle complex L3 production issues related to SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

· Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent technical fixes.

· Maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.

· Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 integrations and application performance issues.

· Support deployments, upgrades, and release management.

· Coordinate with business, application, and offshore support teams.

· Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Consultant - L3 Support to manage complex production issues, troubleshoot enterprise SharePoint applications, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, workflow automation, application support, and enterprise integrations.

Must-Have Technical Skills

· SharePoint: 7+ years of experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, lists, libraries, custom workflows, and hybrid environments.

· Power Apps & Power Automate: 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting applications and business workflows.

· Front-End Technologies: 5+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX.

· Enterprise Integrations: 7+ years of experience with APIs, OpenXML, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

· L3 Application Support: 7+ years of experience handling production incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), deployments, upgrades, and application lifecycle support.

Additional Skills

· Git / GitHub

· CMS platforms (WordPress / Drupal)

· API integrations

· AWS / Azure cloud exposure

· ServiceNow and ITSM tools

· Jira / Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies, Pharma / Biomedical / Medical / Life Sciences domain experience is highly preferred., ·· Must be within the 10-20 years of overall experience range.
