- Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL for querying, transforming, preparing, and analyzing complex datasets.
- Experience developing and evaluating statistical and/or machine-learning models, including feature engineering, validation, and error analysis.
- Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues across multiple data sources.
- Ability to develop reproducible analyses and maintain documented, version-controlled code.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical findings, uncertainty, assumptions, and limitations to technical and nontechnical audiences.
-
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, developers, and other technical teams to deliver usable solutions. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government or Intelligence Community customers in classified environments.
- Experience integrating analytics or machine learning into production applications or automated workflows.
- Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation, particularly UiPath.
- Experience with natural language processing, document classification, information extraction, or entity matching.
- Experience with process mining or operational analytics, including cycle time, backlog, rework, and exception analysis.
- Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, data lineage, and auditability.
- Experience evaluating generative AI or agentic AI workflows, including grounding, output validation, and human review.
- Experience developing dashboards and analytical visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Python visualization libraries.
- Master’s degree or other advanced degree in a relevant quantitative discipline.
