Do you have experience in Terraform?, We are seeking an experienced Databricks Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Cloud Solutions to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Databricks, cloud technologies, and modern data architectures, with the ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders in the construction, design, and real estate development domain. Key Requirements · 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Solution Architecture. · 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, and SQL. · Strong expertise in Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow. · Experience designing and implementing scalable ETL/ELT, Data Lake, and Lakehouse solutions. · Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. · Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, and DevOps/DataOps practices. · Ability to lead cloud data modernization, analytics, and AI initiatives. · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. · Experience supporting data and analytics use cases within construction, engineering, real estate, or related industries is preferred. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
