Maintain and continuously improve disaster recovery readiness to ensure critical systems can be recovered within defined recovery objectives. • Automation and Monitoring: Automate recurring tasks with PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep or Terraform. Review alerts, monitor infrastructure health and performance trends, establish operational baselines, and improve service reliability.
  • Projects and Documentation: Support infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, cloud adoption, network vendor consolidation, and platform standardization from planning through implementation. Maintain procedures, diagrams, inventories, and technical standards.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, work with outside vendors, communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders, and participate in the on-call rotation.
