Portfolio Dashboard & Data Visualization Developer

The developer will build a secure, web-based dashboard that provides executive-level visibility into project status, milestones, deliverables, risks, and portfolio health metrics. The solution will support dashboard visualization, reporting, workflow automation, and future integration with enterprise systems., * Design and develop responsive web-based dashboards and reporting applications

• Build and maintain data models supporting project, milestone, deliverable, and portfolio reporting
• Develop APIs and data services to support dashboard functionality
• Implement status calculation engines and automated business logic
• Create executive, section-level, and project-level dashboard views\
• Configure authentication and role-based access controls
• Integrate applications with SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft services
• Evaluate and implement containerized deployments using Docker
• Assess cloud-hosting options including AWS EC2 and Microsoft environments
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Produce technical documentation and deployment guides
• Support demonstrations, testing, and production deployment activities, * AWS Certified Developer
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate
• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate
• Certified Scrum Developer
• Security+ (preferred)
