o9 Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced o9 Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and supply chain transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing digital planning platforms, designing end-to-end supply chain solutions, and translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions for global enterprises. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using o9 Solutions.
• Design and implement Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP processes.
• Develop demand-to-supply planning workflows and business process blueprints.
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations.
• Define KPI frameworks, scenario planning strategies, and planning processes.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
• Drive supply chain transformation initiatives and ensure successful platform implementation.
• Provide functional and technical guidance throughout project delivery.

• Strong experience with o9 Solutions and digital supply chain planning platforms.
• Deep understanding of IBP and S&OP processes.
• Experience in supply chain planning and optimization.
• Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, and network design.
• Experience with process blueprinting and KPI frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise-level consulting and implementation projects., * o9 Solutions certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exposure to supply chain network design and optimization tools.
• Experience working with global enterprise organizations.

• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Work locations: Menlo Park, Fremont, or Sunnyvale, CA.
• Full-time employment only.
