qualifications:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Kanban practices.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
