Full Stack Developer - React (UI Focus) - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer React (UI Focus) for an onsite position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Dallas, TX. This is a 6 month contract opportunity., We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies to design and build intuitive, scalable user interfaces on top of Audit Analytics platforms. This role will focus on developing modern, data-driven applications that enable Internal Audit and Risk & Control teams to visualize analytics, assess risks, streamline workflows, and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong React development skills with Java/Spring Boot back-end experience and a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles., * Design, develop, and enhance modern, responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and JavaScript

• Build interactive, data-driven user interfaces, dashboards, and visualization components on top of Audit Analytics platforms
• Develop reusable UI components and scalable front-end architectures following modern React best practices
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services developed using Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborate with Audit, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to translate complex business workflows and analytics requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Enhance existing applications supporting audit planning, risk assessments, analytics, and IT controls
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, code reviews, and Agile development activities
• Optimize application performance, usability, responsiveness, and scalability
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments in containerized environments
• Ensure applications adhere to enterprise security, development standards, and SDLC governance

• 58 years of full-stack software development experience with a strong emphasis on front-end engineering
• 3 years of hands-on experience developing modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 ), Redux/Redux Toolkit, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, component-based architecture, state management, and reusable UI design patterns
• Experience building complex dashboards, interactive data visualizations, and data-intensive enterprise applications
• Experience integrating UI applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services
• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot and familiarity with Hibernate/JPA
• Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Desired skills:

• Experience with modern UI component libraries and visualization frameworks such as Material UI, AG Grid, Highcharts, Recharts, or D3.js
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD
• Python development experience, particularly supporting analytics or data-driven applications
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or other document-oriented databases
• Experience with unit testing and front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright
• Experience developing applications within financial services, Internal Audit, IT Risk, or Technology Controls
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, and enterprise application security
