Pega Developer - W2 Role

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level business applications using Pega Platform / Pega PRPC. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Pega application development, case management, workflows, integrations, and Agile methodologies., * 10+ years of experience in software development with strong Pega experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
• Experience developing Pega Case Types, Case Lifecycles, Workflows, and Business Rules.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Application Development, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Decision Tables, and Decision Trees.
• Experience with Pega UI, Sections, Harnesses, Views, Portals, and Constellation is a plus.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Pega Integration Services.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience implementing SLAs, approvals, notifications, routing, and business logic.
• Knowledge of Pega Security, Access Groups, Roles, Privileges, and Authentication/Authorization.
• Experience with Pega deployment, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, or similar DevOps tools is preferred.
• Pega certification such as CSSA / CSA is preferred.
