Artificial Intelligence Specialist

The Junior AI Specialist will support the firm’s adoption of generative AI technologies across legal and business teams. This role combines AI testing, prompt development, project coordination, workflow analysis, user training, and technology support. Working closely with attorneys, Knowledge Management, Information Services, and IT teams, you’ll help evaluate AI tools, document best practices, and drive responsible AI adoption.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in AI, technology, legal technology, project coordination, or a related field. \n

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. \n

• Experience with prompt development, workflow documentation, testing, or technology projects. \n

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. \n

• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users and provide effective training and support. \n, * Law firm, legal technology, or professional services experience. \n

• Familiarity with iManage, Westlaw, LexisNexis, or related legal platforms. \n

• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents. \n

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or other automation tools. \n

• Basic Python, scripting, or API experience is a plus.
