Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to serve as the primary Salesforce technical expert. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage Salesforce solutions while collaborating with Engineering and business stakeholders., * Own Salesforce development, technical solutions, and platform health.

• Collaborate directly with Engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Recommend architecture improvements and explain technical tradeoffs.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize Salesforce performance.
• Demonstrate solutions and take ownership of technical decisions.

Salesforce.com, Salesforce.com, Communication Skills, Unit Test, Data Modeling, Debugging Skills, REST (Representational State Transfer), Application Programming Interface (API), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), Middleware, * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, unit testing, debugging, security, data modeling, and Salesforce governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and/or middleware.
• Ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy, document, and support Salesforce solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and performing gap analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently as the organization’s Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Startup or growth-stage company experience.
• Slack integrations.
• DevOps, CI/CD, and source control experience., * This is not just a hands-on coding role. Strong stakeholder engagement and independent technical ownership are mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite at least 3 days per week.
