Job description
- Develop robust Java software capabilities and enterprise APIs leveraging Spring and modern microservices architectures.
- Integrate advanced agentic AI workflows into daily development for automated feature delivery and testing.
- Collaborate across the full Agile software lifecycle in Linux-based development environments., * Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software solutions and enterprise RESTful web services.
- Build and maintain scalable microservices adhering to Object-Oriented Programming paradigms.
- Guide autonomous AI agents through multi-repository architectures for code implementation, refactoring, and test generation.
- Manage source code and build dependencies using Git, Maven, and Nexus in Linux environments.
- Perform troubleshooting, code reviews, and comprehensive automated testing under multi-deadline environments.
- Collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise Git repositories.
- Support integration with cloud environments and distributed database systems including AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB.
Telework: This position supports a hybrid work arrangement with an expectation of 1-2 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD.

- Degree: Technical master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 14+ years
- Total Compensation: $323k+ yearly
