SAP S/4 HANA O2C Consultant

• Design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order to Cash workstream; order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reporting, * Expertise in customer invoicing, receivables processing, incoming payments, cash application, open-item management, and customer clearing.

• Experience with customer master / Business Partner, payment terms, tolerances, reason codes, residual items, partial payments, credit/debit memos, and write-offs.

\n

• Strong understanding of automatic and manual payment matching, unapplied/on-account cash, deductions, short payments, and exception handling.

\n

• Knowledge of collections and dispute management, including aging, overdue receivables, customer deductions, and dispute resolution.

\n

• Understanding of FI integration with billing and upstream/downstream systems, including accounting document generation and reconciliation.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field, preferred

\n

• Minimum four years focused on SAP S/4 HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in the areas of sales and distribution (SD) and logistics execution (LE)

\n

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance - Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) and end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes., * Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships; outstanding SAP configuration skills along with SAP Activate experience

• Strong technical knowledge, and the capability to communicate findings and recommendations to the client’s management team; able to design and configure SAP S4/HANA order to cash functionality and provide guidance to offshore teams for any required development related to the order to cash functions

• Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes: Contracts, Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Shipments, and Billing

\n
